Harris Lines are transverse, mineralized lines found on the body’s bones. Associated with temporary growth arrest from pathological levels of stress or trauma, these lines on the metaphysis of long bone are used in paleopathology to reconstruct the health status and histories of past populations. This collection marks the emotional trauma and personal history of fourteen contemporary individuals within my community.
